Terms of use

PLACEHOLDER for Brigitta and Duncan. This page is a draft, not the final wording. It shows on the site until it is checked and this note is removed.

This is the website of Tray Table Studio, which is run by Brigitta Derendinger-Smit from Cape Town. By using the site you agree to the short rules below.

What this site is

It is a catalogue of my work, with news of where to find me. You can't buy anything here. There are no prices and no shop: pieces are sold in person at markets. Photos and descriptions show what I have made, and a piece may be sold out or no longer made.

My work

The designs, photos and words on this site are mine. You are welcome to share a link or a photo with a credit to Tray Table Studio. Please don't copy my designs, or use my photos or text to make or sell anything, without asking me first.

Suggestions and custom pieces

When you suggest a destination or ask about a custom piece, you are sending me an idea, not placing an order. I read everything, but I can't promise to make anything, and I take on only a few custom pieces.

Links

The site may link to other websites. I am not responsible for what they say or do.

Changes

I may change this site, or these rules, at any time. The version on this page is the one that applies. These rules are governed by the law of South Africa.
